Adriana has been heading business and customer strategy consulting projects in sales and marketing. Her professional course has always led her to work in multinational environments like PricewaterhouseCoopers and other niche consulting firms.
Among all her successes we highlight the following:
- Heading projects in issues related to strategy and customer management, such as customer experience, marketing segmentation plans, loyalty programs, pricing, etc.
- Developing Cognodata’s businesses in the public sector, financial services and retail industries
- (R)evolutionize Cognodata´s marketing by participating in social media and the launch of the new web
- Other successes: definition of a post-sales strategy for a family of products for a retailer which represents 119Million€/year which resulted in savings of 800.000€/year, creation of a shared services center catering to 7 countries, defining the strategy for the entry to the European market of an air conditioner manufacturer, etc.
Adriana has an International MBA from Instituto de Empresa (IE Business School) and a BA in International Business Studies (E4) at the ICADE (Catholic Institute of Business Administration) in Madrid, Universidad Pontificia Comillas and the ESC Group in Reims (France).
