She is currently head of Human Resources at Cognodata, coordinating the recruitment, development and talent management areas, as well as internal communication and staff administration.

She has over 16 years of experience in the area of HR, having worked in companies in the technology, banking and consulting sectors. She began her professional career in the Altran Group, where she was involved for 6 years with the recruitment, training, development and quality areas. She subsequently joined the HR department of a strategic analytical marketing consultancy, where she worked for over 3 years. Later on, and before joining Cognodata, she continued to develop her career in the Recruitment Department at Barclays.

Mariluz studied Pedagogy at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, and has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (Centre of Financial Studies).
